	Maintenance
•	All equipment carries a minimum of a 12 month guarantee Client specific maintenance contracts are established, detailing Forensic Security Solutions’s responsibilities and service levels required.


	Training
•	Dedicated training personnel are employed by Forensic Security Solutions to fulfill training requirements
•	Training covers the areas of :
- - - - -	Understanding of systems Basic maintenance Training in procedures Management (data management) training – to ensure that management information is processed in the most appropriate format and is presented at the right place at the right time. Where required, detailed systems manuals are provided


	Audit Services
•	To ensure that a regular and consistent log is maintained on system behaviour and adherence to procedures, an audit service would be proposed.


	Account Management
•	Forensic Security Solutions assigns dedicated Account Managers to manage relations with customers on a regular basis.
